Lost or Stolen Packages
🔹 My package was lost or stolen – what should I do?
If you purchased our Porch Pirate Protection, we will immediately issue a replacement if your package is lost in transit or stolen. Please provide:

- Full Name
- Contact Email Address
🔹 What if I didn’t purchase Porch Pirate Protection?
If your package was lost or stolen and you did not purchase insurance, we recommend contacting your local post office or courier service. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement in such cases.
